Shipping service & costs

We deliver to almost all destinations in India. Subject to the shipping rules and restrictions below, delivery is currently Rs.100 only on the total bill. Once we receive the order, we dispatch your product(s) within 24 to 48 hours on business days using the best courier services available. Customised orders are thoroughly measured, designed and stitched based on preference hence it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. You should receive the same within 10 to 15 business days of dispatch.

Delivery Problems

If our shipping provider encounters difficulties delivering to the address you provided, they will make another attempt on the subsequent business day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned, and a refund will be initiated for all pre-paid orders. Should your parcel be returned, kindly reach out to our Customer Care team for further assistance.

Order Processing Time

The majority of orders commence processing immediately upon the completion of your online purchase. Shipping of your order will take place once the items are confirmed to be in stock. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is dispatched. Typically, orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours on business days. It’s important to keep in mind that business days are defined as Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
