REFUND & RETURN POLICY

For purchase within the boundaries of India, returning or exchanging an item is a straightforward process. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it using one of the methods outlined below. We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. The refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the return. It’s important to note that certain personalised items, including abaya, name customised namaz makhna, prayer dress, name customised bridal dupatta and co-ord sets, are not eligible for return. Apparel items should be returned in their original condition, which means they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags still attached. There are certain circumstances under which we are unable to initiate a return or issue a refund, and these include:

a) Products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label.

b) Name customised Namaz Makhna and Bridal Dupatta, size customised Prayer Dress and Co-ord sets, size/design customised Abaya.

c) Products purchased during Special Sales like the Deal Of The Day.

We retain the authority to decline a refund if the item does not conform to its Return Policy criteria. It’s important to keep in mind that when a promo code has been applied to your order, its value is distributed proportionally across the item price(s). We assure the quality of our products and guarantee that they are free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if your item exhibits flaws in workmanship or materials, please reach out to our Customer Care team promptly. You are entitled to a complete refund for all shipments that arrive in a damaged condition, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the opening video. To initiate the return of the damaged item, please follow the provided Return Instructions. We will always accept the item for assessment. If it is confirmed as faulty, we will provide a refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method originally utilized for the purchase, and this process typically takes between 7 to 12 working days. It’s important to be aware that the timing of refund payments is determined by your issuing bank and is beyond our control. If you have any questions or concerns about refund processing times, we recommend reaching out to your bank for further information. Please keep in mind that we do not facilitate refunds in the form of cash or checks. Additionally, we are unable to provide refunds for products that have been damaged due to negligence, such as failure to follow the Wash Care instructions as specified on the wash care label. If an item is returned and does not align with our Returns Policy, we will not be able to approve or process the refund. We retain the right to decline the return of an item that does not meet our Returns Policy criteria. ITEM DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT

In the event that you receive a damaged item upon delivery, please reach out to our Customer Care team promptly. You are entitled to a complete refund for all shipments that arrive in a damaged condition, provided that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package along with the opening video. Upon receipt of the item, we will conduct an assessment and validation process. If your claim is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.

PAYMENT TERMS

For domestic payment, we currently accept India-issued debit, credit cards, net banking, Mobile wallets & UPI.

In the unlikely event that you come across unauthorized charges on your credit/debit card or bank account as a result of shopping with us, please promptly inform your credit card provider or bank following their respective reporting guidelines and procedures. It’s important to note that we will never request customers to confirm any account or credit details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from us that requests such information, please refrain from responding and immediately contact our Customer Care team.
